Over the past year, Sabrina Carter amassed massive success, especially after the release of her tracks "Espresso" and "Please Please Please."

Although the singer has been around for a long time, sources claim that she's just getting started.

The 25-year-old pop star recently walked the Vogue World: Paris runway last month, where she wore a red and white swimsuit, and an insider told Radar Online that it's just one part of the "best year of her life" not just professionally, but also in terms of her thinking.

"She's fallen in love, toured with Taylor Swift, played Coachella and released hit after hit - and Sabrina feels like she is just getting started," the source added.

Unfortunately, her rise to fame came with negativity, as she faced criticism, heartbreak, and alleged feuds with other celebrities. The insider said she "has been through so much at her young age."

One of the issues she faced was the alleged feud between her and her High School Musical: The Musical: The Series co-stars Olivia Rodrigo and Joshua Bassett.

Many claimed that Rodrigo's lyrics from her song "Drivers License," in which she described a "much older" "blonde girl," were about Carpenter.

Another criticism she received this year was when she appeared on Kim Kardashian's SKIMS campaign despite being good friends with Taylor Swift. However, she has since spoken out about the matter, saying she communicated with the pop star before accepting the collaboration.

"I've been very, very communicative with [Taylor] about that situation... I just love her so much and support her till the end," she said in an interview with Rolling Stone.

After her series of controversies, the musician seems to be having a better life in terms of career and her romantic status as she's dating actor Barry Keoghan.

The source added that Carpenter is "living the life she always dreamed of" and won't let negativity take over because she "has learned how to deal with all the noise and not let it get her down."

Sabrina Carpenter's career started in 2011 when she became an actress on the series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She later became a Disney star by appearing in several projects, such as Girl Meets World.

She later launched a career as a musician by signing under Disney's previous label, Hollywood Records.
