David Byrne, best known for fronting The Talking Heads and collaborating with St. Vincent, is resurrecting one of his most recent projects to benefit the relief mission in the Philippines. Here Lies Love, a play/live album put together by Byrne and Fatboy Slim will play for one night at Terminal 5 in New York City, with all proceeds going to Doctors Without Borders, specifically to aid the organization's work following the typhoon in the Philippines. -

Fred Armisen (Saturday Night Live and Portlandia) and his buddy J Mascis (Dinosaur Jr.) shared the stage last week at Boston's Berklee College of Music. Along with Christian rock singer Leigh Nash (Sixpence None the Richer) and drummer Michael Lerner (Telekinesis), the group took on a cover of the seminal TLC hit "Waterfalls" for the crowd. -

Illusionist David Blaine's new show "Real or Magic" just aired on ABC, and during the 90-minute special, Blaine proceeds to completely mystify a variety of A-list celebrities, including Kanye West, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, even Woody Harrelson makes an appearance. -
Wes Anderson tribute album, 'I Saved Latin!' in the works for spring 2014
Director Wes Anderson is getting his own tribute album this coming spring. American Laundromat Records has assembled six bundle packages that feature a double-CD called I Saved Latin!, which will honor Anderson's music-filled movies including Royal Tenenbaums, Rushmore, Life Aquatic, Bottle Rocket, Fantastic Mr. Fox and Darjeeling Limited. -

The producer/beat-maker just signed to Roc Nation, the home of the previously mentioned artists, under an artist's contract of his own. He was previously signed under a management deal with the label. -
U2, The Clash and more to be featured on Steve Wozniak's US Festival 1983 DVD
Steve Wozniak hosted a short-lived music event called US Festival. The 1983 festival, its second and final edition, is coming to DVD. That year's event hosted acts including U2, David Bowie, Stevie Nicks, Van Halen, Judas Priest, INXS, Stray Cats and The English Beat, Men at Work, Berlin and Triumph as well as The Clash for one of the band's final performances.
