In one of the more surprising joint-shows announced so far this year, bass music don Skrillex and eclectic electronic producer Four Tet have teamed up for a new show next week in London. The show will take place at the 500-capacity Underground in Camden, London on April 5. Tickets will only be made available through a ballot system, which you can sign up for here. Martin Garrix came to Miami on a mission to make sure people would remember what he did at Ultra Music Festival 2015. With all of the big world premieres and guest appearances it appears that he did just that, unveiling his long-awaited track "Rewind, Repeat It" with Ed Sheeran and the fan titled "Waiting For Love" alongside Avicii and rumored to be John Legend. The 18-year-old Dutchman did not stop there, also bringing out pop, R&B superstar Usher to sing their new collaboration ""Don't Look Down" to tens of thousands live in the crowd and many raving at home. According to Revolt, the performance broke the live stream record for UMF's Ultra Live streaming record. -
Beyond Wonderland 2015 Attendee, 22, Dies From Possible Seizure: Exact Cause Of Death Still Unknown
Tragedy has truck the dance music festival circuit again. 22-year-old year old San Diego native, John Hoagn Dihn Vo, died after collapsing and suffering from a possible seizure at Insomniac Events run Beyond Wonderland at the San Manuel Amphitheater in Devore, California. Vo was pronounced dead after 11 p.m. on March 20 according to the supervising deputy coroner, Randy Emon via the LA Times. The cause of death has not been determined, though a toxicology test is being run to detect if any drugs were in his system. -
Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose Working on Joint Custody Following Emotional 'Furious 7' Track "See You Again"
Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose filed for divorce last year and have since been critical of eachother on social media. The pair is working together amicably, though, to figure out the custody situation with their 2-year-old son, Sebastian. According to TMZ, Rose wanted to work with Khalifa on setting up a joint custody agreement after hearing the rapper's new Furious 7 track "See You Again." -

In a recent interview with Beatport, Martin Garrix stated that he his main stage set on Saturday night would comprise of 100% Martin Garrix music, bootleg or mashups, with at least 60% of it being new and original material he would debut. He used that platform to premier his long-awaited collaboration with Ed Sheeran titled "Rewind, Repeat It" and his new track alongside Avicii rumored to feature John Legend, which has been given the fan name "Waiting For Love." -

As the dance music calendar gets under way with Miami Music Week and Ultra Music Festival this weekend 7UP has unveiled its new commercial pitched towards generation x starring Martin Garrix and Tiësto. The duo uses the opportunity to premiere their new single "The Only Way It Up" (could the name be an ode to the brand). The commercial starts with Garrix and Tiësto sitting side-by-side in a trailer, talking about how each one of them has been an influence on the other and presumably listening to the track through Tiësto's headphones on a laptop. They are ejected out into a desert outside of Las Vegas with absolutely nothing around, but that is soon going to change. -

Whoa... we did not see this one coming at all. This collaboration came deep out of the Wrigley Field ivy in left field, According to an Instagram post by Diplo with a selfie of him and the Led Zeppelin legend, Robert Plant, the pair are collaborating on something. The caption simply says "collab coming soon" so it isn't clear what they are working on or who it is for - it could be basic production work for a new Plant song, or Robert could be laying down some vocals for a new Diplo track. -

Bass gets a bad rap in music, usually seen as a destroyer of stereos or a noise complaint to the police waiting to happen. Two clever engineering students at George Mason University used the power of sub-bass to their advantage however, channeling its waves into an experimental rendition of fire extinguisher, using the low audio waves to put out fires. They weren't the first to incorporate sub-bass in a "high-minded" way. Hector Berlioz, Camille Saint-Saens and Enya are among our examples. -
