  • Is 'RHOA' Phaedra Parks Going to Bring Her Sons to Visit Ex Apollo Nida in Prison for Christmas?

Could it be that the holiday season is causing "The Real Housewives of Atlanta's" Phaedra Parks to soften her edges just a bit? Fans of the Bravo series have watched in recent weeks as Parks's marriage to Apollo Nida unraveled shortly before he turned himself in to begin serving an eight-year prison sentence last fall. With Nida safely tucked away behind bars, Parks has admitted that she has filed for divorce, and when it comes to her young sons visiting their father in jail, it was not exactly on her to-do list. At least, not until now. Now, according to a report by TMZ, Parks may actually be reconsidering her original stance and a visit to Nida in prison might be exactly the gift that his kids give him. In the past, Parks has said that because she is raising two boys who will turn into men, she does not want to normalize the idea of prison for them. She had feared them thinking it was OK to end up behind bars briefly, and that is definitely not the notion she wants them to ever entertain.Fans have been divided on Parks's treatment of Nida. He got caught up in an identity-theft scam and check fraud, and while he has owned up to his mistakes, he has also hinted that he was trying to take care of his family on a grand scale because of Parks setting that bar so high. Once he turned himself in, Parks distanced herself from him, and some fans seem to think that in doing so she has been a disloyal wife.
  • Jennifer Aniston Wants to Direct, Produce and Be a 'Superhero'

Jennifer Aniston has been promoting the heck out of her indie film "Cake," and it seems that with every stop she makes the buzz gets a little bit stronger. Earlier this week, Aniston sat for a Lincoln Center screening of the flick and then attended a Q&A session afterword with costar Anna Kendrick. The ladies took a bunch of questions and Kendrick admitted that the fact that Aniston was producing and acting in "Cake" played a major part in her deciding to do the film. It likely will not be the last time Aniston has more say in her films, either.According to "The Hollywood Reporter," Aniston has only just begun to get her feet wet in the role of producing and it is a process that excites her, possibly more than acting."That's a bug that gets you once you do it. We're just waiting for the proper window of time and the proper piece of material. There has been a beautiful project that was about to happen that ended up falling apart for all sorts of reasons. ... Maybe it's being a control freak, I don't know, but wanting to be a part of a seed and seeing it turn into something wonderful is exciting. It's fun to explore other areas of our industry other than being an actor-for-hire. It's quite fulfilling," explained Aniston.
  • Kim Kardashian and Kanye West at War Over Where to Spend Christmas

It is starting to seem like Kim Kardashian's life with Kanye West is little more than a series of fights that carry on from one day to the next. The couple has barely been married for more than six months, and it seems that there is rarely any good news leaking out about them! We already know they were apart for Thanksgiving, with West opting to be in Paris rather than enjoying a big meal with his wife's family. Now it seems that Christmas is turning into an ugly battle as well.Fans of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" already know that once the holidays roll around, Kris Jenner traditionally pulls out all the stops. No matter what trouble is brewing between family members, everything seems to be shelved in favor of celebrating together. Kardashian is fully intending to spend Christmas at Jenner's home and she wants little North West to be able to enjoy the holiday with her cousins, Kourtney Kardashian's kids.Unfortunately, West has a totally different plan in mind. He wants to spend the holiday in Paris with his wife and daughter, where he can celebrate without Jenner's inevitable chaos and also get some work done. According to Radar Online, Kardashian is refusing to spend Christmas anywhere but at home together with her entire family. So far she is not considering a trip to Paris, and sources say that in Kardashian's mind it is not even an option.
  • Boston Bombing Suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Makes Brief Court Appearance as Trial Begins in January

Thursday morning, Dec. 18, marked the first time in more than a year that Dzokhar Tsarnaev stood before a federal judge in a Boston courtroom. He was asked to appear in person so it could be put on the record that he is satisfied with his representation ahead of his trial, which is scheduled to begin Jan. 5. The last time Tsarnaev was seen in public was when he pled not guilty to at least 30 charges in a terrorism indictment that was in connection to the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed three people and injured 260.As it stands now, Tsarnaev's trial is set to begin in a few weeks and is expected to last between three and five months. While Massachusetts no longer has the death penalty on the table, Tsarnaev is facing federal charges, which do carry death as a possible punishment. Insiders seem to believe that even if the 21-year-old is sentenced to death, it is unlikely he will ever be executed.
  • A Rash in Bets Made Bookmakers Think that Queen Elizabeth May Abdicate the Throne on Christmas Day

Where there is smoke, there is usually fire. At least, that is the thinking that prompted a popular British bookmaker to suspend betting on the notion that Queen Elizabeth II will announce that she is abdicating the throne during her Christmas Day speech. Apparently, a rash of bets were rolling in, leading Coral to initially offer odds of 10-1 that Elizabeth was about to hand over power. Then they suspected that maybe a tip had come from Buckingham Palace, leading to the sudden spike, and so they suspended betting altogether. As for whether or not Elizabeth actually is ready to shift power over to either Prince Charles or Prince William, sources say it is not happening. The queen signed on for a lifetime of serving the British people, and that is how she intends to spend her final days right to the end. While it is the palace's official policy not to comment on anything connected to bookmakers, it is worth noting that Elizabeth has never addressed any kind of personal matters during her Christmas Day message and this year's has already been recorded.Queen Elizabeth's health has been failing for the last few years, but no serious diagnosis has ever been made public. We simply have heard that old age is causing her body to slow down, but in day-to-day life the queen is still quite hands-on with the family business. Given that fact, it makes sense that she would be more inclined to hang on to power until her last breath.
  • Sony Faces Backlash from Hollywood After Shelving 'The Interview' Amid Terrorist Threats

It seems Sony has found itself in the kind of a situation that offers no easy solution. After weeks of being hacked and embarrassed on an international level, it has finally been confirmed by the U.S. government that North Korea is behind the cyber attack, and the effect has been all but crippling for the movie house. Ultimately, the hackers were working hard to scare Sony into shelving its comedy "The Interview," which was scheduled to hit theaters Christmas Day, and as of now their efforts have worked. The film, a comedy about taking out North Korea's Kim Jong Un, seems to have been put to rest permanently, and much of Hollywood seems furious about it.Aside from having to crawl out from the initial humiliation, not only of actually being hacked but then the mortification that the contents of various emails have been leaked, the company was left with a huge problem on its hands. Within the last week Seth Rogen and James Franco began canceling different media interviews that were intended to promote "The Interview," and as of yesterday both actors had been photographed with bodyguards. The stars connected to the project have feared for their own safety, so it makes sense Sony would proceed with extra caution.
  • The Feds Raided 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice's Home This Week, Taking Everything from Cash to Her Kids's Christmas Gifts

It looks like once again Teresa Giudice decided that following the rules did not apply to her, and boy, is she regretting it now. It was actually quite simple: The star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" was required to submit a payment plan to the court, mapping out how she and Joe Giudice intended to pay back the $214,000 they owed in restitution. But instead of doing that, Teresa ignored the situation and avoided making contact with the court, and the end result was a huge slap in the face by law enforcement, as the Giudice family home was reportedly raided earlier this week.According to Radar Online, since Teresa was not volunteering to set up a payment plan, then the feds barged in and took valuables, electronics and some hidden cash."Teresa was home and was absolutely stunned by the raid. She had no clue they were coming. She was absolutely hysterical and begging them not to take the girls's Christmas presents. A large amount of cash was found in the wine cellar. This all could have been avoided if Teresa had simply submitted a proposed plan to pay off the restitution. Yet Teresa chose to once again thumb her nose at the law, and was ignoring it," said a source.
  • 'Vanderpump Rules' Star Vail Bloom Admits to Having Serious Drug Problem During Years on 'The Young and the Restless'

If you tuned in to "Vanderpump Rules" last night then you already have caught a glimpse of the newest cast member, Vail Bloom. While interviewing for a hostess job at one of Lisa Vanderpump's three restaurants, Bloom made a pretty solid impression. Even the impossible-to-please Vanderpump thought she was too perfect because she seems so totally together. It didn't take too long for us to get a sense of who Bloom really is and the fact of the matter is that she is so put together because she has already fallen apart.
  • MTV Drops New Trailer and Announces It Is Dedicating Upcoming Season of 'The Challenge: Battle of the Exes II' to Diem Brown and Ryan Knight

The last several weeks have been pretty sad for the MTV family, as they have lost two members far too young. Diem Brown was as well-known for her struggles with cancer as she was for her fearlessness on several seasons of "The Challenge," and she was actually filming when she found out that cancer had spread to her colon. Brown put up a fight right to the end before finally dying in November. Just one short week later her cast mate, Ryan Knight, was found dead after a night of hard partying. MTV has decided to dedicate the upcoming season of "The Challenge: Battle of the Exes ll" to Brown and Knight, who make their final appearances in the series. The network has also dropped a new trailer for the upcoming season, which begins with CT Tambourello lifting Brown up off the couch and carrying her in his arms. Fans of Brown already know she collapsed not too long after filming for this series began and she was ultimately flown to New York, where she received the news that her cancer had spread. The rest of the clip looks like typical "Challenge" fare: lots of high-flying moments and the risky, daredevil moments that keep fans ultimately coming back for more.
  • If Kim Kardashian Wants to Hang On to Kanye West, She Needs to Distance Herself from Her Family

It is obvious that Kanye West fully expects to be the boss in his marriage to Kim Kardashian. It is almost like he purposely keeps her working so she does not have much free time to even contemplate doing anything he would not approve of. That is not an accident, either. West likes to float around Paris without a care in the world, but you better believe he needs to know exactly where his wife is at all times. When West decides to spend quality time together, he also expects Kardashian to drop everything for him, and that is starting to cause some conflict between the couple. She may be willing to let go of some friendships, but Kim Kardashian's sisters are still a priority and it is beginning to tick her husband off.Last weekend, Kourtney Kardashian delivered her third child and Kim was totally on board to help with her sister's little ones. In fact, she posted a play date photo on Instagram of Kourtney's kids and little North West heading to Disney on Ice.Helping out family is perfectly normal, but not in West's world. According to a report by Hollywood Life, he is jealous of all the attention Kourtney's new baby has brought because it is disrupting his plans.
  • After 5 Years in Captivity, Cuba Has Released American Contractor Alan Gross in a Prisoner Swap

Just a few short weeks after learning that the United States launched a failed attempt to rescue one of our hostages, Luke Somers, who was being held in Yemen, we are now hearing of another hostage who has been released. Alan Gross, 65, was working as a U.S. contractor in Cuba in 2009 when he was arrested for bringing telecommunications devices into the country. He was later convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison, but as of this morning, Dec. 17, Gross is on a plane bound for Washington, D.C.According to ABC News, Gross has been in poor health for some time and has refused medical care. Gross is said to now be blind in one eye, suffering from arthritis in one hip and nearly toothless. He was also staging a hunger strike, which he promised would ultimately lead to his death if he was not released this year. In exchange for Gross, the U.S. has agreed to hand over three Cuban agents who were convicted of espionage back in the 1990s. Sources say all three have been housed at a federal medical facility in North Carolina.
  • 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' Teresa and Rino Aprea Have Hit the Skids Since Filming Wrapped Up

If you tuned in last season to "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," then you are already familiar with Teresa Aprea. She and her twin sister Nicole Napolitano are new to the cast, and while they are loud, they did not exactly spice things up much. Aprea tried to insist that Teresa Giudice's husband was cheating on her, but those accusations are nothing new.But what is new is that there might be a hint of trouble in Apea's marriage to Rino Aprea.According to Radar Online, the couple has hit a bit of a rough patch since filming the show ended. Supposedly, things have been so bad between them that at one point Aprea left the home she shares with her husband and temporarily moved in with her parents. She eventually returned to Rino, but they have been on shaky ground ever since. During the season of "RHONJ," Rino was actually accused of having an affair with his wife's mother, something he insisted was not true, but cheating has come between them in the past.
  • Did 'Today's' Matt Lauer Recently Walk Out on His Wife and Kids?

No other news reader seems to be dogged with rumors quite like "Today's" Matt Lauer. His 16-year marriage to Annette Roque has been plagued with rumors of Lauer's continued skirt-chasing and her instability. As it stands now, the couple are parents to three children and are rarely seen out in public together. In fact, there is speculation that Lauer and his wife split for a while this past summer after new allegations of an affair were made.According to a report by Radar Online, Roque and her children spent the summer in the Hamptons, and even though NBC gave Lauer access to a helicopter to get back into the city faster for work, he instead chose to reside in the couple's New York City apartment. At that same point in time, Lauer was allegedly spotted out and about with a woman who was not Roque. Supposedly, the couple took a short break and then Lauer begged to come home for the sake of their kids.Of course, sources close to the morning show anchor claim that his reasons for living alone in the city were completely work-related.
  • NYC Premiere of 'The Interview' Canceled After 9/11-Type Threats as Homeland Security Investigates

The Sony hacking scandal just keeps getting more complicated each day, and what seemingly began as a plot to embarrass some of the studio's top brass is really beginning to cut into business. "The Interview," slated for an official Christmas Day release and starring Seth Rogen and James Franco, is about a plot to kill North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, and this one film seems to be at the center of the turmoil. The hackers, officially dubbed as the shady Guardians of Peace, are going out of their way to scare the studio into shelving this film, and their tactics seem to be working.Rogen and Franco have canceled various promotional interviews in connection with "The Interview" and the film's official New York City premiere, slated for Thursday night, Dec. 18, has been canceled. Why the fear? Well, the GOP issued an ominous statement yesterday, saying in part:"Soon all the world will see what an awful movie Sony Pictures Entertainment has made. The world will be full of fear. Remember the 11th of September 2001. We recommend you to keep yourself distant from the places at that time. (If your house is nearby, you'd better leave.)"The FBI has been pulled into the investigation, and it claims that there has been no chatter that leads them to believe that the direct threats against movie theaters are legitimate, but no one is taking any chances. So far, Carmike Cinemas and Los Angeles's ArcLight Cinemas have canceled screenings of the film. Homeland Security claims to be inching closer toward figuring out not only who is behind the threats, but also what part of the world they are coming from.
  • Stephen Collins Publicly Apologizes for Molesting Three Underage Girls as His Career Sits in Ruins

Stephen Collins has decided to do something that many would have considered unthinkable. He has actually decided to admit to molesting three underage girls several decades ago in an attempt at atoning for his sins in the public eye. A few months back, Collins's divorce from Faye Grant took a particularly messy turn when recording marriage counseling sessions between the embattled couple somehow hit the press. On those audio tapes, Collins is heard discussing molesting young girls between the ages of 11 and 13 in disturbing detail. Rather than trying to make excuses, Collins instead has penned an official apology that is published in the latest copy of "People" magazine. In the essay, Collins explains his reasons for coming forward now, explaining, "Forty years ago, I did something terribly wrong that I deeply regret. I have been working to atone for it ever since. I've decided to address these issues publicly because two months ago, various news organizations published a recording made by my then-wife, Faye Grant, during a confidential marriage therapy session in January, 2012. This session was recorded without the therapist's or my knowledge or consent. On the recording, I described events that took place 20, 32, and 40 years ago. The publication of the recording has resulted in assumptions and innuendos about what I did that go far beyond what actually occurred. As difficult as this is, I want people to know the truth."

  • More Than 130 School Children Murdered in Taliban Revenge Attack on Pakistani, Military-Run School

The families of students attending the Army Public School and Degree College in Peshawar, Pakistan, have been devastated by an attack on the facility earlier today, Dec. 16. Members of the Pakistani Taliban scaled the school's walls this morning and, once inside, their orders were to kill rather than take hostages. The hours-long battle left more than 130 dead so far, with the majority being children. Nine teachers at the school were also killed, some by being set on fire in front of their students. Sources say this suicide mission was carried out by at least seven militants and revenge was the motivation. The siege at the school and purposeful taking of innocent lives is said to be revenge for the killing of hundreds of innocent tribesmen and their children during a recent offensive by the Pakistani military. Two brazen attacks near Pakistan's largest airport in Karachi in June brought tentative peace talks to a screeching halt. Pakistan's military has since opted to shift its focus toward clearing out militants in tribal areas of northwestern Pakistan that do not have a strong government presence in place. Tens of thousands of people have reportedly been displaced, adding to the already existing strained tensions between the two.
  • Sydney Gunman Man Haron Monis Was Well-Known by Police But Not on Any Terror Watch List

Just one day after a hostage situation at a Lindt Chocolate Cafe in Sydney, Australia's financial district ended with three dead after law enforcement stormed in, the country is left to ponder how something so sinister could have even played out there. We now know that Man Haron Monis was the 50-year-old gunman who fancied himself a sheikh with a personal agenda, but what is not clear is how he was free in the first place.Monis had a long history of brushes with the law and he was charged with everything from sexual assault to sending hate mail to the families of fallen Australian solders who died in Afghanistan. Perhaps the most horrific thing he had been charged with before yesterday was being an accessory to his former wife's murder.Apparently, Monis's latest girlfriend stabbed his ex and then set her on fire and he was actually out on bail for his part in the crime when he decided to take 17 hostages yesterday morning and demand that a flag of ISIS be brought to him.Sydney locals's shock morphed into anger when they realized that not only did their own law enforcement seem to drop the ball with Monis, but even with his outward love of Muslim extremist behavior he actually was not on any kind of terror watch list. This fact has left Prime Minister Tony Abbott deeply disturbed.
  • Camille Cosby Is Defending Her Husband as Scandal Surrounding Bill Cosby Deepens

Bill Cosby's life and business has been completely turned upside down over the last several weeks by a series of allegations that are shocking and impossible to ignore. Had just one or two women gone public with allegations of sexual misconduct, then Cosby would probably be standing on much stronger footing right now. Instead, more than two dozen women have come forward to paint the popular actor and comedian as, at best, manipulative and, at worst, a calculating serial rapist who has spent decades drugging and assaulting young women in Hollywood. Through it all, Cosby's wife of more than 50 years has stood by his side, keeping silent — at least until now.Camille Cosby has finally decided to speak up and out on behalf of her husband. She issued a simple statement that was intended to assure people that Cosby is indeed as good a man as the characters he has portrayed."The man I met, and fell in love with, and whom I continue to love, is the man you all knew through his work. He is a kind man, a generous man, a funny man, and a wonderful husband, father and friend. He is the man you thought you knew," explained Camille. She also went on to liken this scandal involving her husband to the alleged UVA gang rape story that "Rolling Stone" ran before double-checking its sources.
  • Jennifer Aniston Covers 'Allure,' Lashes Out at Those Who Have Tried to Guilt Her for Not Having Kids Yet

In the last decade very few celebs have seen their personal life get splattered across the covers of various weekly publications quite like Jennifer Aniston has. She and Brad Pitt split up a decade ago and tabloids still reference them several times a week. It must make it ridiculously hard to move on from a broken relationship and even tougher to learn how not to care what complete strangers are saying. As Aniston has spent the last several weeks promoting her new films she seems different. Rather than dismissing the nonsense, she has been tackling it head-on, which is kind of cool for a change.
  • Is Amal Clooney Really the Most Fascinating Person of 2014?

Barbara Walters rolled out her list of "Most Fascinating People of 2014" last night, Dec. 14, and as usual there were some names on the list that were predictable. Of course, Taylor Swift made the cut after a bang-up year that saw her popularity rise even without a new guy on her arm. Names like Oprah Winfrey and Chelsea Handler were also fairly expected, but the name at the top of the list may not have been on the tip of many peoples's tongues. Amal Clooney, the woman who managed to change George Clooney's mind on just about every single thing he thought he wanted in his personal life, was named Walters's Most Fascinating Person of 2014.When it came time to introduce Clooney as her top selection, even Walters was not sure what to say. Sure, she is married to a famous man who is powerful in Hollywood, but Amal Clooney is a big deal in her own right. Her work as a human right's attorney has been praised by nearly everyone who has ever had an opportunity to work with Clooney. Declaring her fascinating just because of the man she married would have been almost a slap in the face, so Walters tread carefully.
  • NBC Signs Brian Williams to New, Long-Term Deal to Continue Anchoring 'Nightly News'

Head honchos at NBC News are breathing a bit easier after officially signing NBC's "Nightly News" anchor Brian Williams to a new, multi-year contract that is sure to keep him around the halls of 30 Rock for a long time to come. Williams first took over the anchor seat from the legendary Tom Brokaw in 2004 and has pretty much dominated the evening news race from Day 1. In recent months ABC's David Muir has begun to challenge him in the ratings race, but Williams seems to be taking the competition in stride.NBC News President Deborah Turness announced Williams's new deal in a memo, which read, "Brian is one of the most trusted journalists of our time. He has led this organization through every major news event for the last decade, from Hurricane Katrina in his first year in the anchor chair to his exclusive interview with Edward Snowden this year, through elections, wars, natural disasters, tragedies and triumphs. In all of those cases he's taken 'Nightly News's' viewers to the heart of the stories that matter most in a way that's uniquely his."
  • 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Funds Another Music Video for Her Daughter's Group 3KT in Spite of Being Broke

Teresa Giudice has spent the last few months talking about how careful she needs to be with money now that she has admitted to a slew of financial crimes and still owes more than $200,000 in restitution, but she seems to be having a tough time actually doing it. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star has always had a difficult time telling her kids that they cannot have something, and now that Giudice is just weeks away from turning herself in to a Connecticut prison camp, saying no is even tougher. That is probably why when 13-year-old Gia Guidice's all-girl group 3KT failed to make enough money to fund a music video through a Kickstarter campaign, it was Teresa to the rescue.According to a report by Radar Online, the campaign raised only a little more than $900 of the $7,500 needed to make the video so 3KT's manager canceled the initial shoot. There was no way Giudice was going to allow her oldest daughter to be disappointed heading into the last holiday they will be able to spend together for a while, so she decided to foot a nice chunk of the bill to get the video made.
  • Sydney Police Move in to Rescue Hostages Held in Café by Man Haron Monis, a Self-Styled Iranian Sheikh with Ties to ISIS

It appears that a 15-hour standoff between a lone gunman and police has come to an end. Man Haron Monis, a self-styled Iranian sheikh, has been identified as the man who walked into a busy chocolate café in Sydney, Australia's financial district and took a number of hostages, according to AOL. The situation remains fluid, but as of now we know police stormed the cafe and, while gunshots rang out, at least some hostages were able to escape to safety.Monis already has an illustrious criminal record with various charges of sexual assault, and he also has been arrested for sending hate mail to families of Australian soldiers who have died in Afghanistan. Monis is currently free on bail after being considered an accessory to murder after his alleged girlfriend was killed and he then set his wife on fire. After taking several people hostage earlier today, said ABC News, Monis encouraged them to use social media to get his wish for an ISIS flag and a conversation with Australian political figures across to everyone listening. At times the hostages were seen pushed up against the plate-glass windows and Monis could be seen pacing wildly. After about 11 hours in captivity, five hostages were able to make a run for safety and, upon realizing it, Monis reportedly became more unstable, leading police to start to formulate their plan to go in after him.

  • It Looks Like Charles Manson Has Married 26-Year-Old Afton Burton

She eventually left her home in Illinois in order to reside near him in California and spends her days working on ways to try and secure Manson's freedom. The couple recently filed for a marriage license and just yesterday Burton was spotted wearing what looks like a plain wedding band. After applying for their license, Manson and Afton had 90 days to carry out an actual wedding ceremony, but they were at the mercy of the prison. It would have to either be on one of Manson's regular visiting days or else a holiday such as Thanksgiving. There is no confirmation that the couple actually exchanged vows, but the ring was not on Burton's finger before this weekend, which makes things a bit more interesting.
  • Is ISIS Trying to Sell the Body of Slain U.S. Hostage James Foley?

It seems the Muslim extremist group ISIS has hit a new low — even for it. It is now ready to sell the remains of hostages who have been beheaded!According former Syrian rebel fighters, ISIS wants $1 million in exchange for the remains of James Foley, the first Western hostage who it publicly beheaded in August. • Kanye West Attends Family Reunion Without His Family as Kim Kardashian and North West Are Nowhere in Sight

It is just another typical weekend for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, and that means the couple will most certainly not be spending any time together. They were briefly spotted together in New York City last week before West flew to Paris. Apparently his trip was short-lived because the rapper was in Wilmington, Delaware, this weekend for a family reunion — one that did not include either his wife or daughter.According to a report by MediaTakeOut, West was chilling with his family Saturday, Dec. 13, while Kardashian and North West were not with him. Kardashian has been making the holiday party rounds this past week, attending Rihanna's Diamond Ball and another bash thrown by Carole Bayer Sager. It seems Kardashian would much prefer a black-tie event with a red carpet over West's family get-togethers anyway, doesn't it?There have been so many rumors about the status of West and Kardashian's marriage lately, with a lot of speculation on the notion that they are basically separated. At its best, this relationship has always resembled more of a business relationship than anything else. Kardashian supposedly met with a divorce attorney last month in order to game-plan how to dismantle things if West makes good on his promise of moving to Paris next year full time.He supposedly wants North with him, but Kardashian is determined to keep her daughter in Los Angeles with her, so things could get messy fast between these two.
