    The beginning of Kate Middleton's second pregnancy was sure rough, as Prince William's wife battled even worse morning sickness than what she endured while carrying Prince George two years ago. Nearly three months of royal appearances were systematically canceled until the duchess was finally back on her feet again and already she is nearly halfway through her pregnancy. Rumor has it that this time around Middleton wanted to know the gender of her baby and she is thrilled to be having a daughter.Middleton and Prince William had originally said they wanted to have three children within about five years so their kids could really bond while young and grow up together. When Middleton delivers this child in April, she will technically have two kids under 2, as George's second birthday is not until July. It looks like the couple's family plan is right on track and, according to Hollywood Life, even Queen Elizabeth II is hoping that the news is correct and that this baby is a girl.

  • Soap Star Eileen Davidson Finally Made Her Much-Anticipated Debut on 'RHOBH'

    Bravo has been pretty smart in the way it has handled the newest season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." It purposely added two soap stars to the cast — Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson — but they spaced out their debuts, probably for maximum affect. Rinna was in on the action with the rest of the cast right from the season premiere, but it waited until the third episode for Davidson's debut.While nothing too traumatic went down last night, Dec. 2, between Davidson and anyone else, we already know from the trailer that she and Rinna have at least one glass-throwing incident and they are not exactly the best of friends at all. They crossed paths years ago on "Days of Our Lives" and clearly never gelled. It is pretty obvious already that Bravo is expecting Davidson to cause some friction among the ladies, and that seems to be a role she is already comfortable playing.

  • Grand Jury Decision Imminent in NYPD Chokehold Death of Eric Garner

    While the majority of America has been focused on the fallout in Ferguson, Missouri, after Michael Brown's killer Police Officer Darren Wilson was not indicted, another eerily similar case has been starting to grab real attention. In July, Eric Garner was stopped on a Staten Island street and accused of selling loose, untaxed cigarettes by NYPD officers. As they closed in on Garner, he resisted a bit while asking them not to touch him, but eventually Officer Daniel Pantaleo placed Garner in a chokehold while wrestling him to the ground.Garner died on that sidewalk and a New York City grand jury has been deliberating since late September over whether or not Pantaleo should be charged, and it looks like their decision is imminent.This altercation was captured on video and it is absolutely horrific to hear Garner pleading with the officers, telling them flat out, "I can't breathe."Garner had asthma, and it has been determined that the chokehold combined with that and heart issues ultimately lead to his death. Peaceful protests have been occurring quite regularly in Garner's neighborhood, with many calling for criminal charges to be filed against Pantaleo.

  • Ray Rice Insists He and Janay Rice Have Only Ever Had 'One Bad Night, It Just Happened to Be on Video'

    Did you catch Ray Rice's interview with Matt Lauer yesterday on "Today"? The sit-down interview had actually been booked with Janay Rice, and it gave her an opportunity to finally speak about that horrific night in Atlantic City last February when Ray knocked her out cold in an elevator. The couple had been dealing with their issues semi-privately until the surveillance video went viral last September, and the fallout has been huge. Janay answered all sorts of questions about their relationship and insisted that her now-husband has never laid a finger on her other than this one time. Supposedly, Ray came home near the end of her interview and decided to appear on camera.Perhaps NBC thought it would feel more impromptu and less strategically planned if Lauer talked to the couple while standing in their kitchen. Once they all settled in around the island, Rice insisted that they have only had this one bad night together, and unfortunately there is video to document it. He also claims that working is not his biggest concern right now.Ray told Lauer:"The big deal is for me to always protect her, and that's why I said I take full responsibility. She can do no wrong. This is something, you know, as a man you have to own and, we're horribly sorry, and I'm horribly sorry for everything that I have to put my family through. I still got to live every day, go take my daughter to school. She's going to grow up and the way the Internet works now she's going to Google her father's name and the first thing that's going to come up is, you know what's going to come up."

  • Dr. Nancy Snyderman Returns to 'Today' After Ebola Quarantine Violation Resulted in Serious Backlash

    Dr. Nancy Snyderman will finally return to "The Today Show" this morning after a two-month absence. The medical expert returned from Liberia in early October and announced that she and her crew would be voluntarily quarantining themselves because one NBC freelancer with them had contracted the Ebola virus. About a week into that self-imposed quarantine, Snyderman was spotted out grabbing take-out in New Jersey. She issued an apology that sounded more like blame-shifting and the backlash was so bad that NBC has kept her off the air and in limbo for the last six weeks.For a while the network was reportedly debating whether or not to fire their chief medical correspondent. Before this major misstep, Snyderman was considered to be a credible and valued member of NBC's news team. The jury is still out on whether or not the viewers will continue to trust her judgment. Snyderman's first segment back will have nothing to do with Ebola and she is expected to once again apologize for her careless actions.

    We told you a few weeks ago that there was a serious fight between the networks to score the first exclusive interview with Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. CNN's Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper as well as NBC's Matt Lauer all met with Wilson before he finally decided to sit down and talk on the record with ABC's George Stephanopoulos. As it turns out, perhaps the person most bent out of shape over Wilson's choice is "ABC World News Tonight" anchor David Muir.Apparently Muir believes that as the network's evening anchor, he should be the one who is in the running for the serious "gets," not just Stephanopoulos. Sources close to Muir dished on the fact that he is furious exclusively to Page Six.

  • Bill Cosby Sued for Alleged Sexual Assault on 15-Year-Old Girl

    Just when you thought it could not get any worse for fallen comedian Bill Cosby, it has. He is now being sued by a woman named Judy Huth, who is 55. She is alleging that back in 1974 Cosby molested her when she was only 15. While most cases that involve Cosby are impossible to legally prosecute in any way because of the statute of limitations having expired, this one is apparently different.According to TMZ, Huth filed her suit in Los Angeles County Court, saying that she and a friend met Cosby in a park where he was filming a movie. He befriended the girls and invited them to a party at the Playboy Mansion, instructing them to lie about their ages if anyone asked. Huth alleges that Cosby played pool and made her drink a beer every time he won a game. He then guided her toward a bathroom that was off a bedroom, and when she came out Cosby asked her to sit beside him. Huth alleges that after doing so, the actor molested her.

    By now I think nearly everyone has seen the video of Michael Brown's stepfather shouting into the crowd, "Burn this b**** down!" shortly after the grand jury announced its' decision not to indict officer Darren Wilson for the Aug. 9 shooting that killed the teen. While many have said that Louis Head, Brown's step-dad, wasn't actually inciting violence, he was just reacting to the pain in that moment, the Ferguson police department doesn't necessarily see it that way.

  • CBS Ready to Go Dark on Dish Network This Thursday if Carriage Deal Isn't Reached

    As many as 14 million Dish Network subscribers could find themselves without access to CBS's programming if a new contract isn't in place by 7pm on Thursday. The network claims to have worked hard with Dish Network to reach a new agreement for carriage and at this point, they'd rather go dark than stay stuck in the limbo that they are currently sitting in. CBS officially issued a statement today explaining their perspective.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner have openly struggled to be okay, Khloe and Rob Kardashian both seem fairly lost, while Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her third child in spite of her unstable relationship with Scott Disick. Kim Kardashian's business is booming, but sources say that it's at the cost of her marriage. It's a good thing that the Kardashian family all reconvened at Khloe's for Thanksgiving -- or did they?

  • St. Louis Rams Insist That They Did Not Apologize to Police for 'Hands Up, Don't Shoot' Gesture

    It looks like finding middle ground and a truce between the St. Louis Rams and the St. Louis County police department is not going to be easy. The issue began when five St. Louis Rams players walked onto the field before Sunday, Nov. 30's game with their arms making a "hands up, don't shoot" gesture. The police department took extreme offense at the gesture, which was in reference to Darren Wilson's not being indicted in the shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown. Now team officials and the police department are at odds over whether or not an apology was issued.On Monday, Dec. 1, the Rams's chief operations officer Kevin Demoff reached out to law enforcement to try and make peace. Demoff reportedly told police chief Jon Belmar that he "regretted any offense the officers may have taken and regretted that any members of the [Rams's] organization would act in a way that minimized the outstanding work that police officers and departments carry out each and every day."Even though Demoff said he never apologized, the chief believed it to be enough of an apology to send an email about the phone call to his staff.

  • 23-Year-Old Woman Dies Aboard United Airlines Flight 115 from London to Newark Airport

    Travelers on a United Airlines flight from London's Heathrow Airport were faced with an in-flight medical crisis last night, Dec. 1, while en-route to Newark Liberty Airport in New Jersey. Apparently, a 23-year-old woman became unconscious on Flight 115 and attempts to resuscitate her were unsuccessful. A doctor on board was unable to save the woman, who was traveling alone.The woman, who was pronounced dead at around 8:30 p.m., has yet to be identified. Police and a medical examiner greeted the plane, which landed at 9:45 p.m. and, while no official cause of death has been given, Port Authority officials claim that she appears to have died of natural causes. According to the "Daily Mail," the woman had pre-existing medical problems, but as of now no one is confirming what they may be.

  • It Looks Like 'RHONJ' Will Be Shelved Until Teresa Giudice Is Released from Prison in April 2016!

    Just about every day now we are hearing a different story about what the future may hold for Teresa Giudice in terms of work. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is scheduled to begin serving a 15-month sentence Jan. 5 after pleading guilty to financial fraud. The most recent season of her reality show wrapped up in October, and now Bravo executives need to figure out what they are going to do. At first it was rumored that "RHONJ" would continue on and bring back some old fan favorites to the canvas, but now it seems that Bravo is more inclined to put the series on hiatus.According to a report by Radar Online, sources close to the show are saying that network execs are fearing that without Giudice, the ratings will be dismal. Even with her there this past season, the numbers took a serious dip. Apparently, some insiders seem to think that shelving the show for a while is the best thing to do. Storylines seem to be a real problem because most of the latest additions to the cast have bored viewers into changing the channel.If "RHONJ" takes a break now and returns in 2016 with Giudice in the cast, fresh out of prison, it would likely do well. Fans of the show would want to see if jail time has changed her, and we already know that Giudice will be looking for a way to profit from her unfortunate experience. It might actually be the only way to get more mileage out of the show.

  • LAPD Turns Investigation of Allegations that Casey Kasem Was Abused By Wife Jean Over to D.A.'s Office

    Can you believe that nearly six months after radio icon Casey Kasem's death he still has yet to be buried? Jean Kasem has kept her late husband's body in Oslo, Norway, where she claims he should be buried because of his family's roots. Casey's children launched an elder abuse investigation against Jean and the LAPD has finally confirmed that it has turned its findings over to the D.A.'s office. According to TMZ, it has already said that it is unlikely that any charges will be filed due to lack of evidence against Jean.That lack of evidence is the real issue here, and Casey's children believe she has fought an autopsy to protect herself. In fact, not only is Casey still unburied, but he has yet to be embalmed, which means any evidence of mistreatment is literally disintegrating away. Casey's daughter Kerri Kasem has especially pushed for the investigation because she believes Jean's neglect led to infected bed sores that may have played a part in her father's death.

    Last Friday, Nov. 28, Ray Rice's suspension from the NFL was lifted on an appeal, and apparently he was in the mood to celebrate. Rice was spotted hitting up Bounce Sporting Club in New York City late Saturday night. The fallen NFL star stayed chatting and chilling with fans until the wee hours of Sunday morning. According to a TMZ report, security attempted to keep the fans from bothering Rice, but he was loving the attention. Rumor has it his wife Janay Rice was also with him, but that has yet to be confirmed.We can tell you with certainty that Janay's interview with "Today's" Matt Lauer these past two days has been seen in part by nearly everyone. This morning's installment included Ray taking part in the interview while standing at a kitchen counter with Janay and her parents. He, of course, apologized for knocking his wife out last February in Atlantic City after a night of hard partying. He believes that therapy has really helped him and claims he is ready to sacrifice whatever is necessary to take care of his wife.

Well, we are learning a bit more now, and it seems that perhaps Kardashian's behavior on her trip to Dubai might have ticked off her husband.According to the "Examiner," Kardashian was with a rich man in Dubai for business, and when Tyrese Gibson got a little too flirtatious with her the other man had him removed from the club they were all at. The rules for appropriate behavior between men and women in public are strict in Dubai, so it was not that hard to build a case against Gibson.Ironically, West apparently had no issue allowing his wife to be a paid party escort, but he did have a real problem with her interaction with Gibson. West reportedly thinks that something might have happened between the two of them and that anger and distrust is what led him to cut out right before the holiday.

    It looks like Teresa Giudice may have a harder time cashing in after she serves her 15 months behind bars than she originally had thought. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star had reportedly been hoping to secure some sort of television deal with Bravo, either for a cooking show or her own reality show, that would begin production around April 2016 after her release. Instead, it seems like the network is just about finished doing business with the woman who has been convicted of several financial crimes.At one point in time, Giudice had several endorsement deals, but the majority of those have been shelved and she still owes more than $200,000 in restitution plus has four kids to raise. Money has become a huge issue for the fallen star, but according to Radar Online, Bravo is not jumping at the chance to do anymore business with her."Teresa hasn't been offered any new projects with Bravo. In fact, there is a lot of bad feelings where Bravo and Teresa are concerned. The network feels used and was stunned Teresa said in court documents that the show was a sham. Bravo would never sign Teresa up for her own show after everything that has gone down! It seems like someone that was once close to Teresa is now floating false stories about her, hoping to get back in good favor with her. It's not going to work," said a source close to the situation.

    After six months of silence, Janay Palmer Rice finally had a chance to sit down and address everything that has happened since Ray Rice knocked her out cold in an Atlantic City elevator earlier this year. Instead of splitting from Rice, she instead married him and has decided to support him, even once that surveillance tape went viral in September. Janay agreed to an interview with "Today's" Matt Lauer, in the hopes that people might understand how this one horrific instance of domestic violence does not define what her marriage is really like.Janay repeatedly called Rice's actions "a mistake" and reminded viewers at home that no one is perfect. She also insisted that, aside from this one incident, Rice has never been the least bit violent with her at all. She expressed serious upset at how the Baltimore Ravens organization treated them once it released Rice from his contract and believes that eventually he will be allowed to prove himself again in the NFL.Lauer also asked about what Rice told NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell when the incident first happened. Goodell has claimed that he never saw the tape until it went viral last September and that he had no idea how violent the altercation actually was. Janay balked at the notion that Rice might have minimized the attack, telling Lauer:"No. Not in any way. And, you know, I feel like if they wanted to know more details then they would have asked. But there were no further questions. It — it's been consistent with everything that he's been saying since February. I can't say he's telling the truth. You know? I know for a fact that he told — that Ray told the honest truth that he's been telling from February. So — I think they did what they had to do for themselves."

    We have already told you guys that there are major problems going on over at ABC's "The View," and while a lot of finger-pointing is going on, Rosie O'Donnell is inevitably in the middle of it all. Everything seems to be an issue for the star, from the topics that the ladies discuss during the show to the fact that Whoopi Goldberg has been cast as the discussion leader. After just a few months back at the round table, it seems O'Donnell cannot get out of there fast enough and her days are already rumored to be numbered.According to a well-placed source, TMZ is reporting that O'Donnell has become impossible to work with. Aside from being ticked off that Goldberg is in control of the daily discussion, she has made no friends within the production crew because of her rude behavior. Supposedly, people connected to the show have attempted to talk things out with O'Donnell, but that has gotten them nowhere. She is reportedly depressed, leaving some to wonder if she will even bother to finish out the entire season.Some of the conflict between O'Donnell and Goldberg has stemmed from the fact that Goldberg has purposely avoided discussion of controversial topics, such as the rape allegations against Bill Cosby. Since "The View" is now technically a part of ABC News, then there is an expectation that such headline-grabbing subjects would be fair game, but the more O'Donnell pushes for that, the faster Goldberg seems to dismiss her thoughts.

  • Joan Rivers's Doctors Waited 14 Minutes As Her Vitals Crashed Before Calling 911

    Slowly but surely, as time goes on we are learning more about the simple endoscopic procedure that ultimately resulted in the death of Joan Rivers in September. In late August, the comedienne checked into the Yorkville Endoscopy Clinic in Manhattan to have a simple, routine procedure done. As pieces of the puzzle have been put together, it now seems that not only was Rivers given far too much Propofol to sedate her, but that her doctors continued to scope her even when her vitals dropped to dangerous levels.According to a new report by Page Six, workers at Yorkville waited for 14 whole minutes before calling 911 after she went into shock. Rather than stopping their procedure, Drs. Lawrence Cohen and Gwen Korovin continued to scope Rivers's larynx rather than begin to administer CPR. When they reportedly did begin trying to resuscitate Rivers, they wasted 10 minutes in failed attempts before calling in additional help.All of these little details are no doubt devastating to Rivers's daughter Melissa Rivers. They will also only help to bolster the malpractice lawsuit that she already has hired a bulldog law firm putting together. Rivers may have been in her 80s, but it has become painfully clear that her death was unnecessary at this particular point in time.

    Just when it seemed like "Mama" June Shannon's life could not get anymore complicated, it has. In case you somehow missed out on all the drama that has played out over the last few months, we ill take a moment to remind you.First it was confirmed that Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson had moved out of the home the couple shared and then we learned that Shannon had reconnected with an old boyfriend, Mark McDaniel, who did time for molesting her oldest daughter. In other words, they tweaked for a few months and now they are wishing that none of the mess had played out in the press.Somewhere around the middle of this mess we learned that TLC was still supporting Shannon's children, even after it canceled the family's reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." It was not going to even appear to support the choices Shannon was making, but it made sure the family was paid and offered counseling to the kids.

  • Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani Believes Darren Wilson's Case Never Should Have Been Before a Grand Jury, Calls It 'Political Theater'

    Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani really gets heated when the topic of Ferguson comes up. In the last few weeks he has popped up on various news programs, insisting that while this case took on racial overtones early on, the problem actually starts with what is wrong within the community itself. Giuliani insisted on "Fox News Sunday" that Darren Wilson's shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown never should have made it in front of a grand jury in the first place."I don't see how this case normally would even have been brought to a grand jury. This is the kind of case — had it not had the racial overtones and the national publicity — where a prosecutor would have come to the conclusion that there is not enough evidence to present to the grand jury. [U.S.] Attorney General [Eric] Holder's gonna have to take a case in which a jury couldn't find probable cause to indict, and he's gonna have to try to find probable cause in front of a federal grand jury. It's an impossible case to present to a grand jury," said Giuliani.He also held firm to the notion that it is the community's job to get itself together and to work to bring the violence down among themselves. While it is the local police department's job to protect the peace, if people were treating each other humanely in the first place, then situations like Ferguson would rarely occur.

West was missing from last week's festivities.Not only did he skip out on Thanksgiving dinner at Khloé Kardashian's, but he was actually spotted in Paris dining with two of his best friends rather than spending the holiday with his wife and daughter. Kardashian raised eyebrows by being grateful on social media for having her "whole" family with her on Thanksgiving. She chased that with a photo of little North West out and about on Black Friday and in the caption Kardashian called her daughter her "best friend."

  • 'Y&R' Actor Corey Sligh Beaten After Purposely Being Hit By a Car on Thanksgiving

    This past Thanksgiving is likely one Corey Sligh will never forget. The actor, who has popped up on "The Young and the Restless" in various roles, stopped at a Rite Aid drug store in Los Angeles with his girlfriend Alisa Berhorst, and one comment lead to a violent altercation, according to "The Hollywood Reporter."The couple was originally making a quick stop before going to help feed those who were less privileged when a car in the parking lot was hopping curbs and doing donuts. Sligh noticed that the two men inside the vehicle were narrowly missing hitting people, and he suggested that they slow down. Instead of doing that, they purposely hit Sligh with the car and then got out and beat him!The men eventually sped off, but later crashed the car and were arrested by police. Sligh is still hospitalized at Cedars Sinai, where he will stay for at least a few more days. He reached out to fans via his Instagram, saying:"Hey kids, went to feed some people last night who don't have blessed thanksgivings and along the way got struck by a drunk driver! Have a surgery to go and another couple days in the hospital but should be fine soon! Thankful to still be on this great planet! Love y'all!"
