At least until NBC's "Today" managed to grab the first official interview with her.Make no mistake, it is actually Rice that NBC wants to hear from, and while he never signed on the dotted line with the network, he was there when Matt Lauer sat down with Palmer in the couple's Maryland home late last week. How much he actually said is still unknown, but Lauer appeared happy with the outcome of the chat.

The film has to be raunchy or else it'll feel like a watered down version of the first book and that will leave the diehard fans wishing they didn't waste their money. At the same time, producers need to be careful that it's not so raunchy that is chases moviegoers away, so the line that everyone needs to walk is very fine.

The former adult film star testified against Jonathan Koppenhaver, the former MMA fighter known as "War Machine" and kept her cool on the stand even while he smirked and laughed at her testimony. Mack described in detail how Koppenhaver broke into her Las Vegas home on Aug. 8 and went berserk when he found her with Corey Thomas. Mack suffered 18 broken bones, broken teeth and a ruptured liver before escaping while her ex allegedly went to the kitchen to get another knife.

    It has been a few weeks since the story first broke about a violent scuffle between "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" stars' Masika Kalysha Tucker and Yung Berg. Earlier this month the couple hopped a flight to NYC to take part in the filming of the reality show's reunion. After the taping they were apparently out and Berg's credit card was declined. He bounced, leaving Tucker to handle the bill, which she did. Once she got back to their hotel room a fight ensued, during which Tucker was reportedly hit, dragged by her hair and choked out. Police were called and Berg was booked on a felony charge for obstructing her airway. Tucker has finally decided to comment on the ordeal and no doubt, her words aren't necessarily going to sit very well.

    A grand jury in St. Louis County has been hearing testimony for nearly three months now over a case that has grabbed headlines on a daily basis. The account of what happened between Ferguson police officer, Darren Wilson and 18-year old Michael Brown on Aug. 9 differs depending on who you happen to be listening to but the case has incited, protests, riots and opened some serious dialog. Some witnesses have claimed that the unarmed Brown had his hands in the air when shot numerous times by Wilson. The officer insists that killing Brown was ultimately an act done in self defense, and the grand jury's final decision on whether or not to indict Wilson is expected any day now.

    Perhaps one of the saddest stories of this past week is the news that Diem Brown has lost her battle with cancer. The 32-year old had starred on seven seasons of MTV's "The Challenge" and she had used her fame as a platform to educate about every aspect of cancer. She was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer nearly ten years ago and then fought a second round successfully back in 2012. In late August of this year, Brown's final battle began. By October she had learned that her cancer had spread to the lining of her stomach, her liver and her lymph nodes. Perhaps the saddest thing of all was the desperation Brown showed earlier this week in wanting to live.

  • 911 Tapes Released in Marysville School Shooting That Left 5 Dead

    Nearly three weeks ago, 15-year-old Jaylen Fryberg opened fire on five of his closest friends in the cafeteria in Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Washington state, killing all but one of them, Nate Hatch. Zoe Galasso died at the scene, as did Fryberg of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Over the last few weeks, Gia Soriano, Shaylee Chuckulnaskit and Andrew Fryberg have all died from their injuries, leaving the community in a continued state of grief. Police decided to release some of the 911 tapes from calls made from those close to the scene on that fateful morning so we can all get an idea of how traumatic it was.

ABC is also supposedly vying for a similar interview, but because of Pippa's connection with "Today," it seems more likely that they would agree to grant that morning show their first interview.

    Have you noticed that Richard Simmons seems to have dropped off the radar? It takes a special kind of bravery to choose to wash the windows of the 104-story building, and for Juan Lizama, 41, and Juan Lopez, 33, yesterday, Nov. 12 was business as usual.At least, until 12:42 p.m., when the slack in their scaffolding became uneven and collapsed, leaving them dangling. Within minutes the two men found themselves trapped in almost a completely vertical position between the 68th and 69th floors. Thankfully, this story had a happy ending: Both men have been released from the hospital and are safely at home this morning.

    A European spacecraft robot named Philae made history today as the 220-pound lander successfully touched down on the surface of a comet, as both hurled through space at 41,000 mph. Philae had separated from Rosetta, the mothership, and researchers spent seven extremely tense hours waiting for a signal indicating that Philae had reached its destination. The European Space Agency's celebration was short-lived, though, as it became apparent that there might be a problem with the landing.The plan was for Philae to gently set itself down on to the comet's uncertain surface and fire two harpoons into it, securing the lander so it could successfully complete a variety of scientific experiments.

It was captioned, "The only KKK ever to let black men in," and Khloé's comment was one word: "True."That is all it took to light up a debate that is still growing strong today. Making any comparison or reference to the Ku Klux Klan, an extremist white supremacist group, is thought to be in really bad taste.Khloé's post grabbed more than 405,000 likes and 26,000 comments in only two hours. While many of her supporters suggested that people just lighten up a little and see the humor in the actual reference, an equal number were offended by the comment. Many people believe the KKK never belongs as a punchline in any joke. Others totally got the fact that both Khloé and Kim have caught heat for only dating dark-skinned men.

    It has been a long time since we have heard the name "Amber Frey." It may ring a distant bell for many because she was Scott Peterson's mistress. On Christmas Eve 2002, Peterson's pregnant wife Laci went missing in a case that dominated national headlines. Frey came forward pretty quickly once Peterson's face was plastered all over the place because she had been seeing him on the side. At the time Frey had no idea he was married or expecting a child, but went to police pretty quickly. It was eventually her testimony that helped prosecutors to not only convict Peterson in the murders of his wife and unborn son, but also to secure the death penalty against him.At the time of Peterson's 2004 conviction, Frey was a single mother working as a massage therapist, and so she decided to write a book about her side of the nightmare. While it landed on the bestseller list, Frey's life did not improve as one might have hoped. She is currently 38 and raising two children on her own. In a recent exclusive with Radar Online, her father, Ron Frey, claims his daughter has never been the same after dating Peterson.

    Up until recently, Dr. Nancy Snyderman was heralded as one of the top medical staffers employed by NBC. The network sent her to cover the Ebola virus in West Africa because viewers had come to trust her judgment, so it made sense for her to be one of the leaders when it came to educating NBC's audience.When Snyderman and her team returned, she claimed they were going to voluntarily quarantine themselves for 21 days just to be extra careful, said the "Hopewell Valley News." When Snyderman was spotted out grabbing take-out less than a week later in New Jersey, said the "Princeton Packet," the fallout was pretty explosive, and now weeks later the network's honchos are divided over whether or not to fire her for breaking her Ebola quarantine.At first NBC announced that Snyderman and her team would be given a few extra weeks off and return in November. Execs were hoping that a bit of time off would put distance between Snyderman and the scandal that had surrounded her.
