Victoria's Secret Has Renamed 'The Perfect Body' Campaign After Consumer Backlash
At first it seemed like more of the same when Victoria's Secret dropped their most recent campaign. There was the typical lineup of thin models posing in the company's latest styles, but something about this was different. The company had decided to scrawl across its newest ads the phrase "The Perfect Body," and that was probably the biggest mistake it has made in decades.Instantly, the company started to face consumer backlash from women who are not a Size 2, according to the "New York Post," and are fine with that. The feeling was that Victoria's Secret was sending the message that if you are not stick-thin, then there is something wrong with you, and it turned into a notion it had to correct — quickly.Three British college students began a petition on change.org that currently has more than 30,000 signatures. -
'The Young & the Restless' Hopes That Charles Pratt Jr. Can Balance Out the Devastation Caused by Showrunner Jill Farren Phelps
It has been rumored for months now that Charles "Chuck" Pratt Jr. had taken over the head writing duties on "The Young & the Restless," but there was no official confirmation until yesterday, when the show tweeted the news. Pratt is also now taking on the role of executive co-producer, which means he will be working closely with showrunner Jill Farren Phelps. The two have teamed up in the past on other daytime shows, such as "General Hospital" and "Santa Barbara," and while Phelps is technically still in charge, fans are hoping Pratt will balance out some of her harsh decisions. In the last year, "Y&R" has been hit with a boatload of controversy, making what was brewing behind the scenes a whole lot worse than anything they could have written for the fictional town of Genoa City. Phelps came to the show with the reputation of being a "soap killer" and it is more than a little interesting how, more often than not, after she leaves a show it ends up being canceled within a year or two. Phelps has an edgy kind of storytelling that often ignores the history of the characters on whatever show she is connected to, and that never sits well with longtime fans. -
Hallucinations from Parkinson's Medication Likely Contributed to Robin Williams's Suicide
Three months after Robin Williams committed suicide, we are learning much more about what likely caused him to take such drastic measures. His autopsy results were released to the public last week, and they revealed that the actor had no alcohol or illegal drugs in his system at the time of his death. There was originally intense speculation that Williams had fallen off the wagon in his final days after years of sobriety. His wife Susan Schneider later attributed his depression to a recent diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease.According to a report by TMZ, Williams had also been suffering from Lewy Body Dementia, a condition commonly affiliated with Parkinson's. People with both conditions often have severe side effects to the necessary medication and hallucinations are common. Patients may see phantom people, animals or objects, and they often try to converse with the hallucinations. -

He had just returned to New York City after treating patients in Guinea for Doctors Without Borders and, upon spiking a fever, was rushed to Bellevue Hospital. A spokeswoman for Bellevue did not immediately respond to a request for comment. -

By the time they were spotted together again at Kendall Jenner's birthday bash, it was almost predictable. Of course they were back together, right? It was all almost a little too perfect, though, wasn't it?According to a new report by Radar Online, Kardashian's reconciliation with Montana is completely for show and basically storyline-dictated to ensure she has something going on while filming the upcoming season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." -

Prince William and Kate Middleton Visiting NYC in Late November, Prince George May Also Join Them for Big Apple Tour
There is an ever-so-slight chance that New Yorkers might actually catch a glimpse of little Prince George later this month. It was revealed earlier this fall that Prince William was planning on visiting New York City, and at that time his wife, Kate Middleton, was knee-deep in morning sickness. She was canceling scheduled royal appearances on a weekly basis back then and the royals were not sure if Middleton was going to remain ill right up until the day she delivered her second child. Luckily, in recent weeks Middleton has rebounded. She is still not 100 percent, but she is well enough to put on a gown and smile for a few hours.Middleton is also fairly desperate to make up for all those missed appearances, mainly because she hates letting Queen Elizabeth down. She has traveled a bit recently, proving that she is capable of doing so, and because of that Middleton is now expected to tour NYC with her husband in late November. There are also rumors that Prince George may also accompany his parents to the Big Apple. The future heir to the throne's last official trip with his parents was last April, when the family spent nearly a month Down Under. -

Pattinson headed to the Big Apple with Twigs to support her show in Brooklyn at Terminal 5 and they couldn't have seemed much tighter. -
New York Health Department Believes Yorkville Clinic Broke Protocol Before Giving Joan Rivers a Double Dose of Propofol to Sedate Her
It sounds like New York's Department of Health and Human Services has just made Melissa Rivers's malpractice suit a whole lot easier. As we recently told you, Melissa has hired a high-powered Manhattan law firm to represent her on behalf of Joan Rivers's estate. Page Six said Joan checked herself into the Yorkville Endoscopy Clinic Aug. 28 for what was intended to be an exploitative procedure and went into cardiac arrest while sedated with Propofol. According to the agency, the clinic screwed up by not dosing Joan properly.Propofol's dosage is dependent upon a patient's weight and, apparently, Yorkville never bothered to weigh Joan. According to an explosive report by TMZ, a staff member told the New York agency that they made a mistake while inputting the proper dosage into the computer and that Joan was given double the dosage of what is safe for a woman of her size. Not only did they screw up the medication, but the report also alleges that if Joan had been as closely monitored as a patient under Propofol is supposed to be, then staffers would have realized she was starting to die right in front of them! Instead, by the time the two doctors and team of nurses in the room realized what was happening, she was already in full cardiac arrest. -
The Fate of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 Will Likely Remain a Mystery Because MAS Officials Working Hard to Bury Truth
In the eight months since Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 disappeared from the sky during an overnight flight, there have been more questions than answers. Almost immediately, Malaysia Airlines Management reported that the plane had been hijacked but then quickly changed their minds, insisting they were not sure what had become of the missing flight. There has been false information put out by MAS, and mixed signals and fallacies have completely taken over this case, leaving family members confused and devastated. Then there is the fact that while extensive searches have been launched, especially by the Australian ATSB, the search area has changed on a few different occasions. According to insiders, MAS is preparing to declare the plane officially lost by the end of the year, but some believe the country simply does not want any trace of it found, according to the Examiner. -
Beyoncé and Jay-Z Contemplate Taking a Year Off to Move to France and Have Another Baby
Beyoncé and Jay-Z have had one heck of a year. Aside from earning an estimated $95 million, the couple has also been dogged by rumors about the status of their six-year marriage. One little bit of elevator surveillance tape that showed Solange Knowles beating on Jay was all it took for months of speculation to swirl. Instead of going their separate ways at the end of their joint tour in September, Beyoncé and Jay instead decided to vacation together, and apparently France left a lasting impression, according to the "Daily Mail."The couple spent quality time in Paris with their daughter Blue Ivy and various outlets are now saying that there is an excellent chance that Beyoncé and Jay will spend the majority of next year living there. Sources claim the couple has decided it is time to expand their family, and Beyoncé is looking forward to the idea of having a stress-free pregnancy in the City of Lights. She also kind of likes the idea of Blue Ivy picking up French as a second language in a natural way by living in Paris. -
The Epicenter for Ebola Virus Has Moved to Liberian Community of Jene-Wonde in West Africa
While the United States seems to have managed to prevent an outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus — at least for now — people in West Africa are still suffering. A man traveled from a large Liberian city to the small community of Jene-Wonde in Grand Cape Mount County, bringing with him his sick daughter. Within days the man and his family had died, triggering one of the worst Ebola outbreaks so far. Jene-Wonde is near the border of Sierra Leone and is currently considered to be the epicenter of the deadly disease, according to the Associated Press. The community is extremely small with absolutely no established health care. That means that the leaders of the area have no idea how to handle the crisis. They realize that surrounding communities are afraid of them, so rather than initially inviting skilled teams in to help with the dead and sanitize the area, they instead tried to hide the outbreak by burying the dead in ways that ultimately helped spread the virus. Now as many as 10 percent of the community has been infected, and there is a realistic fear that if the Ebola virus is not contained, then everyone will succumb to it. -
'RHOA's' Apollo Nida Refuses to Take Responsibility for Criminal Activities, Instead Selfishly Blames Phaedra Parks for Ruined Marriage
Fans of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" were thrilled to see the show return for a seventh season last night on Bravo. One of the biggest storylines this season will likely be Phaedra Parks dealing with the fact that her husband, Apollo Nida, has been locked up for eight years on a slew of fraud and identity theft charges. In last night's premiere, Nida claimed his mistakes were fixable and absolutely flipped on Parks for not being there to support him.Nida refuses to take responsibility for his criminal activities and selfishly blames Parks for their ruined marriage. Rather than attend Nida's sentencing date, Parks instead took the couple's two young sons and stayed at a hotel until the chaos settled. She knew her being in court was not going to change the outcome and in the meantime she did not want the media attention disrupting her children. When Parks returned to the family home a few days later, Nida went off on her for not being a good wife and standing by him no matter what. -
Kate Middleton Suffers Through Remembrance Sunday Appearance Beside Her Enemy, Camilla Parker-Bowles
Now here is something that we have not seen in a while: an appearance with Kate Middleton and Camilla Parker-Bowles in attendance! Clearly, there is absolutely no love lost between these two, and the awkwardness between them as they solemnly stood together for Remembrance Sunday was palpable. Middleton must be feeling a lot better because otherwise that nasty morning sickness would have been a great excuse to avoid this public appearance. Instead, the duchess pulled out her new Alexander McQueen coat, put on her hat and suffered through the event beside her enemy. The rivalry between Middleton and Parker-Bowles is epic and it is basically because Prince William's wife is everything Parker-Bowles will never be. While Middleton was born a commoner, she has been easily accepted into the royal family, but Parker-Bowles's 30-year fling with Prince Charles sat so badly with Queen Elizabeth that even after they finally married her presence is something still barely tolerated by the royals. -

Natalie Morales Reportedly Looking at Other Possibilities While Locked in 'Today' Power Struggle with Tamron Hall
Natalie Morales has worked for NBC's "Today" since 2006, and we are hearing that power struggles behind the scenes may lead to her exit sooner rather than later. While Morales has held down the news desk and has even been promoted to a hosting position for the morning chatfest's third hour, she has also been passed over a lot. Both Ann Curry and Savannah Guthrie have landed anchor positions that Morales has reportedly fought for, and now it looks like Tamron Hall is also about to give her a run for it.According to a report by Page Six, Morales's representatives have been feeling out other possibilities at opposing networks because the writing seems to be on the wall. Hall has been handed a lot more responsibility in the last 18 months and is a bright spot for viewers each morning. That fact has not gone unnoticed by Deborah Turness, NBC's news chief who clearly favors Hall over Morales. -

Apparently he was not the only one partying a little too hard, because when paramedics finished treating another student on campus, they returned to find their ambulance missing. Luckily, the GPS on board allowed it to be tracked to nearby Loveland, and that is when the real fun began.According to ABC 7 News, Loveland police officers said they found the ambulance in the middle of Highway 34 with several doors open, heavy front-end damage and fluid leaking. One officer said it appeared the driver of the ambulance had hit the raised median, jumped the curb, hit a sign, went the wrong way and crossed back over the median before stopping.Officers said they found Sortland standing about 30 yards from the stopped ambulance wearing an EMT vest. Officers shot him with a stun gun when he refused their commands. Sortland had a blanket, a cellphone and a box of Wheat Thins with him. -

Kelly Ripa Could Care Less if Her Teen Daughter Lola Consuelos Hates Her Parenting Style
So many times celebrities's children seem to be handed everything, and that leaves them fairly out of touch with the real world. Being born into privilege is not necessarily a good thing, and in spite of raking in millions Kelly Ripa is determined to raise her kids in a way that is similar to her own upbringing. While sitting for an interview with Wendy Williams this week, Ripa talked about how she believes that if her 13-year old daughter Lola does not like her, then she is probably doing something right.Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, have a rule about study time that includes no phone being nearby. Lola recently broke this rule and as a result lost not only her phone, but her computer as well.Of her parenting style, Ripa explained, according to "Mail Online":"We are like very fair parents and we will give you certain freedoms. When you want privacy in a not-private world — like, you can't have privacy and be on Instagram. I'm sorry, that's not how it works. Privacy is for if you want to write a letter or write in your journal, I'm not going to read that. But if you want to tweet about what a pain in the butt your mom is, I'm gonna see that. No, I don't think she likes me, but I don't care. I'm like, 'I'm not your friend, I'm your mom. I'm not your friend.'" -

Coco Rocha Dishes on Pregnancy and How Modeling on Her Own Terms Has Been the Key to Success
When Coco Rocha first began modeling back in 2004, models were basically seen and rarely heard. They were props for clothing and the media often gave the impression that the had little of value to actually say. Rocha was one of a newer crop of cat-walkers that proved they could have a career on their own terms. For Rocha that has meant being very selective about the kind of shoots that she was willing to do. She has notoriously refused to do any kind of nudity or model swimsuits or lingerie, something she has chalked up to her beliefs as a Jehovah's Witness. -
'RHONJ's' Teresa Giudice Had a Glam Squad to Make Her Look Great for Court Sentencing Thanks to a Loan From 'Just Desserts'

Instead we have learned that "The Real Housewive's of New Jersey" star borrowed $50,000 from Just Desserts, the company that was responsible for marketing the stars' now-defunct gelato bars. -

Robin Williams Was Not Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol When He Took His Own Life
Nearly everyone was stunned to learn that Robin Williams had committed suicide last August. He never hid the fact that he had demons and spoke honestly about his battles with drug and alcohol abuse. A final autopsy report was released yesterday and its' findings were a bit shocking- there was not a trace of illegal drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of his death. -
'Love & Hip Hop Hollywood's Yung Berg Has Been Fired After Beating Up Masika Tucker in NYC

We told you earlier this week that after taping the reunion show for "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" in NYC, Yung Berg got extremely violent with his girlfriend/costar, Masika Tucker. -
