Not only is Bravo's "Blood Sweat & Heels" returning for a second season, but we can confirm there will be coverage of at least one nasty fight between the ladies. Apparently, Bravo's cameras were rolling Monday night, Oct. 20, when a verbal altercation between Geneva S. Thomas and Melyssa Ford turned bloody. The clash between the ladies ended with Thomas smashing a glass off Ford's head! Ford will press charges against her costar over the fight, which was caught on camera. -
