Tom Petty and Jeff Lynne, of Electric Light Orchestra, were added to the list of song creators after similarities were spotted between the Sam Smith ballad and "I Won't Back Down." Representatives for the young singer admitted to hearing similarities, but they want to make it clear that it is all just a big coincidence, "Rolling Stone" noted. Furthermore, Petty is not eligible for a Grammy. -

Houston rapper, Travi$ Scott, real name Jacques Webster, recently announced that his long-anticipated album Rodeo would be arriving in March. To support the album, he's gearing up for a month-long, whirlwind tour across Noth America alongside frequent collaborator Young Thug and Metro Boomin. The trio will be headed out across the North America starting at the Observatory in Santa Ana, California, before hitting cities like Chicago, Toronto, New York City, Atlanta, Houston and Los Angeles. The tour will be anchored by three days at SXSW for three days at venues still to be determined. -

According to "Stereogum," Tillman has made his upcoming studio album "I Love You, Honeybear" available for streaming on his website through a new streaming service called SAP, but instead of uploading the actual studio recordings, Tillman has uploaded instrumental MIDI versions of the entire album, and it sounds hilariously awful. -

Ariana Grande won't be the only pop star on the upcoming Fox comedy-drama Scream Queens. Nick Jonas has just signed on to the project for a recurring role, but details about his character and the plot are being kept quiet. The show will be the second TV series to air on the network by Glee creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk.
