• Gucci Mane Releases Gucci vs. C-Note Mixtape Featuring 2 Chainz, Chief Keef, Rich Homie Quan

    Gucci Mane is trying to get on Santa's nice list. Currently incarcerated for gun and drugs charges until sometime in 2016, the "Lemonade" rapper released a 23-track mixtape alongside frequent collaborator, Honorable C-Note on Christmas Day. The mixtape has features from Rich Homie Quan, Chief Keef, 2 Chainz, Young Thug, PeeWee Longway, Pizzle and Young Dolph. It has a mix of previously released records, as well as some new records, which must have been recorded before Mane was sent away.

    Detroit rapper, Dej Loaf, has shared the music video for her song "Blood," featuring Young Thug and Birdman, which you can check out here. The Be El Be-directed clip finds the three rappers partying and chilling in a few different locations, both indoors and outdoors. It's worth noting that Dej appears to be the only woman in the video, which is appropriate since the song is all about how she has no "hoe in her blood" or any "in her circle."

The hardcore group doesn't shy away from everything, however and recently singer Chris Motionless shared his lack of an opinion on politics, saying that he isn't "educated enough in that realm to say anything about it" and he doesn't want to be an "ignorant d---head that just spews out dumb s--- like everyone else on the Internet."

The track has some refreshingly unique production, with some slinky guitars and funky synths anchored by a hard-hitting boom bap beat. TeeFLii and Chris Brown trade lines, and though the overtly sexual lyrics are the song's weakest spot, the production more than makes up for it.

    Los Angeles rapper Kid Ink has shared a new track titled "Ready 4 War," which you can check out below. The track features some anthemic, EDM-inspired production from Kane Beatz and J Mike, and when coupled with Ink's half sung/half rapped chorus hook, the whole thing sounds like it could have been included on Kanye West's arena-sized Graduation album. According to the track's Soundcloud page, this song was actually recorded a few years ago, not long after he signed his record deal. "Still my s**t tho!," he writes.

    Azealia Banks is known for being vocal when it comes to issues that are important to her. She's been making headlines recently because of her beef with Iggy Azalea and T.I. and her thoughts on how hip-hop is being compromised by cultural smudging. Now she has a bigger mission than hip-hop: fighting to get reparations for black people whose ancestors were slaves. She calls out corporations who have benefited from slavery and believes that they owe the current generation of black people money because of the generational poverty the slave trade caused.

Only one of these parties were lucky enough to have Skrillex show up and play his brand new remix of Beyoncé "7/11" alongside Diplo as a part of their super-duo Jack Ü. Premiering the remix at the holiday party in Los Angeles for his label, OWLSA, Sonny Moore, also known as Skrillex, performed a frenetic 70 minute set, which included the new Bey remix. Diplo confirmed it was a Jack Ü remix on his Instagram, saying it was a present for Chrimbus.
