Back in October, Gucci Mane revealed his future plans in an open letter shared by MTV, and now he is asking fans to write him in prison. He recently tweeted out his address.
"Yall write me," Gucci tweeted along with his prison mailing information: RADRIC DAVIS #65556019 TERRE HAUTE USP PO BOX 33 TERRE HAUTE INDIANA 47808.
Mr. GuWop retweeted a couple of his fans and even responded to a Twitter user who doubted anyone would write:
MTV News obtained a handwritten letter from Gucci, who said he is "spiritually and mentally free as ever," despite his incarceration.
"My idea is to take my career to the next level," he wrote. "I am planning to take my music to a higher level and use the attention and influence to sell movies, books, clothing and be a living testimony to all people showing that you can start from humble beginnings and transcend to something greater."
The Atlanta rapper is currently serving time for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Although he's incarcerated, Gucci Mane has not missed a beat when it comes to releasing music.
Last month, he shared the cover art for Trap House 5 and hinted at its release. The project was originally slated to be released on Black Friday. In October, he released Trap God 3 and even squeezed in a collaborative mixtape with Chief Keef titled Big Gucci Sosa. The "Icy" rapper is slated to drop a Christmas mixtape titled East Atlanta Santa.
Gucci Mane is slated to be released by 2016.
